“What if the small town of Salem was magically transformed? This holiday season expect the unexpected,” were just some of the words shown in the just-released official trailer for the first-ever “Days of our Lives” movie, entitled “Days of our Lives: A Very Salem Christmas.”
After a brief teaser was shared last week on social media, Peacock finally released the official trailer for the movie which finds Will Horton and Sonny Kiriakis (Chandler Massey and Zach Tinker) discussing the typical tropes found in Christmas movies as Will works under deadline to submit his script to his editors for the next great Christmas film, albeit this one finds several of his family and friends playing different iterations of themselves. More specifically, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is in a loving relationship with Kristen DiMera (Eileen Davidson) and Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) is alive and not trying to stalk or harm Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus).

In addition to Massey, Tinker, Hogestyn, Davidson, Berris and Banus, the cast includes Deidre Hall, Jackée Harry, Arianne Zucker, Raven Bowens, Eric Martsolf, Billy Flynn, Paul Telfer, Lindsay Arnold, Lucas Adams, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel, and Alison Sweeney. Also, look for a surprise appearance by another fan favorite that you’ll only see when the movie begins streaming on Thursday, December 16, exclusively on Peacock.
